For inquiries regarding tax exemption
Tax-exempt business customers participating in the program must provide a copy of their tax-exemption certificate to the program’s supplier, Dynegy, to maintain tax-exempt status. You can submit your certificate in any of the following ways:

  • Fill out the form below and select the Tax Exemption topic to upload your certificate
  • Email your certificate to TaxExemptionsDYN@Dynegy.com.
  • Mail your certificate to:

    Dallas, TX 75265-0764

Please note: If you have multiple accounts in the program, you need only to submit a single form, but you must include all tax exemption certificates for the applicable accounts.
